I purchased a $1000 recliner in Jan 2017. They delivered it and the mechanism that reclines the chair broke and came apart within 12 hours of the delivery.

The dirtbag David Tom (GM) refused to replace the chair and I am still waiting at 4 weeks for a resolution. The chair has not been used since the day it was delivered. This is NOT a reputable company.

They do NOT warranty their merchandise and David Tom is a liar and a thief and would rip off his own Mother and probably has. They say they warranty their furniture but the fact is they are using deceptive marketing practices and should be investigated by the US Commerce dept for false advertising.

Product or Service Mentioned: Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Recliner.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $993.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Owners are crooks.

#3 months later. One item fixed and still waiting for the second item to be fixed.

I think this is a useless site for pissed consumers.
